职位描述
该职位服务于雀巢皮肤健康部门, 要求有化妆品公司设备工程管理经验
1.Project management:
- Coorperate with NSH global engineering team, and local OSL team for project setup and follow the agreed milestone
- Manage local engineering team and local contruction suppliers to delivery project quality within budget and schedule
- Manage project to ensure safety, manage project risks, good reporting.
2.Design:
- Provide support for Process/F&P/MES/E&A URS, DQ, Layout which are mainly under responsibility by NSH global team
- Based on detail design of Process/F&P, to detail design utility supplys, building, and local constructions, local electricity supply , complete URS and DQ.
- Ensure nestle and galderma standards are implemented, these standards is SHE/QA/Engineering/Productions, ensure comply with local regulations whenever required.
3.FAT, IQ/OQ, Commissioning
- Participate imported equipment FAT, which is maily under responsibility by NSH global team
- In charge of local made equipment FAT whenever required
- Responsible for IQ and OQ with dry run and wet run
- Provide engineering support during PQ, which is lead by OSL and local QA & Production.
- Participate and delivery the results of liquid platform, F&P line commissioning
4.Documentation and Training
- As built documentation of design, flow sheet, operation manuals, mainteance manuals, spare part manuals
- Provide technical trainings to E&A technicians, Mechanical technicians, and operators
- Working with OSL to develop SOP, QMS, machine safety mapping and risk analyze
